Product delivery in Ukraine

Delivery is carried out across Ukraine with the help of the postal services Novaya pochta, Ukrposhta, and Justin, as well as on self-pickup conditions (if not during the lockdown period). Delivery cost it is calculated  in accordance with the own tariffs of the selected delivery service.   Sending products / goods of own production  - within 2-7 working days after the order, depending on the volume and type of production, upon agreement.  Shipping is possible on any day, except Sunday.

Payment for production

Payment for goods is carried out by non-cash method, by non-cash settlement of PrivatBank, as well as cash on delivery. In some cases, we work on a prepaid basis. When placing an order, instructions and payment details are sent to the mail. FLP in the 3rd group, it is possible to provide services for cutting and selling goods of own production to both individuals and legal entities. Not VAT payers.

Terms of return and exchange of products

You can exchange or return goods purchased through the online store on this site within 14 days after payment under the following conditions:

• the product of our production was purchased in an online store and was not used (there are no signs of installation or use on it)
• fully preserved  completeness of the goods, the goods are properly packed and have not lost the "goods appearance"

You also have the right to exchange a good quality product for a similar one, if the product does not satisfy you in terms of shape, dimensions, color, size or for other reasons it cannot be used for its intended purpose. An exchange of a good quality product is made if it has not been used and if its product type, consumer properties, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold product have been preserved.

Products of proper quality, made according to individual sizes/layouts or with an individual applied image, are not subject to exchange or return. 

For a return, you need to contact us by phone or send a message by e-mail to clarify the method of return, fill out a return application,  details of the shipment and the method of refund (cash, card, transfer, etc.). You can return the goods directly to the workshop or through the "New Post" delivery service. (Postal services are paid by the customer). Money is returned after receiving and checking the goods. Usually, the refund is made within two to three days after receiving the goods, but if this is impossible for objective reasons, no later than 7 calendar days provided by law.
