A percentage of the cost is added to the indicated prices in the following cases:

  • Double-sided cutting (with material flip)  +50%
  • Drilling  from 900 UAH/hour of machine operation
Optimization or adaptation of drawings — starting at 500 UAH.

  • Products with an area greater than the working field are accepted for work by agreement.

INSTRUCTION FOR PREPARING A FILE FOR CNC CUTTING

  • Vector files in CDR, EPS, PDF, AI, DWG, DXF formats are suitable for work. it is preferable to keep in earlier versions.   When exporting  files can be distorted from different editors, it is important to check the final file.

  • The preferred scale is 1:1 (life-size image). In the  order of exclusion  the scale is specified in the cover letter.

  • It is obligatory to connect all vector objects,  all curves must be closed, without breaks.

  • Not allowed  - formation of images due to the thickness of the curves (outline), all lines must be converted into objects.   Width of curves 0 or "Hair line". All layout objects without a fill.  

  • Not allowed - self-cutting of vector lines and duplication of objects, lines or points. 

  • The file should not contain "third-party objects" - colorless lines or accompanying texts ("graphic garbage").

  • All fonts or symbols must be converted to curves.

  • For cutting with a router, it is necessary to ensure the possibility of technological passage of the cutter: the minimum distance between the contours for the passage of the cutter must be 2 mm or more, depending on the layout and thickness of the material.

  • Please check layouts carefully before submitting, errors in original layouts are the customer's responsibility. Cutting distortion can be up to 0.5 mm, depending on the complexity of the layout and the thickness of the material.

  • JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF and other raster formats are not suitable for work, raster images require separate drawing into vector (raster vectorization). Rastera picture can accompany orders for visualization and control of the correctness of the task.

Depending on the type of material and sheet thickness, we may offer additional adjustments to the layout, as   plywood, MDF and acrylic behave differently when milled.
