Laser engraving is a technological process that allows you to apply the desired pattern using a focused laser beam. Processing is automatically controlled by the software, which eliminates the risk of errors during operation.
This technology is distinguished by a decorative and aesthetic appearance of the product, a high level of accuracy and clarity, and the resistance of the resulting image to mechanical factors (these properties are not available for printing methods, for example).

Laser engraving is different in that there is no contact with the surface to be treated during the process. This technology helps to apply a picture in hard-to-reach places, as well as on surfaces with thin thicknesses or which are easily deformed.  When engraving, it should be borne in mind that the minimum detail of the pattern cannot be less than the natural thickness of the laser beam (up to 0.1 mm) and also depends on the accuracy of their settings.

Acrylic is a material of a solid structure, which includes thermoplastic resin. Engraving on acrylic is most often performed for promotional products, for decorative purposes, in the production of acrylights. Here, as a rule, dyed or colorless, transparent sheet acrylics of two types are used - cast or extruded. In both cases, it is a pure material without toxic substances, which makes it completely safe for use in a wide variety of applications.

Acrylic laser engraving always looks spectacular and bright, the quality of the final applied image depends not only on the layout and accuracy of the equipment, but also on the type of raw material. For example, an identical pattern may differ if it is created on different types of acrylic - cast (texture is softer, velvety) or extruded (texture is grainy and hard).
